Happy Valentine's Day!
My plans for this evening are simple. I'm cooking dinner for my husband and my son. What is on the menu?
Braised Short Ribs in a Cabernet Sauce
Mashed Red Potatoes
Sauteed Broccoli
Fresh Berries and Cream
It is 6:30 in the morning and if you set that in front of me right now, I would be a happy person! Make sure you come and visit tomorrow. I will be sharing the recipes I used and you won't believe how simple the potatoes are!
